New Homeowner and Helpful Information
Welcome
Welcome to Wildcat Lake subdivision from your homeowners association. If you need any assistance, please contact the Board Members or Feedback. Please view the links listed below for helpful information and helpful links. Also see the Promo flyer for Wildcat Lake. It is important for your family to get to know your neighbors. Your Block Captain should contact you soon. If not, contact and introduce yourself and family. Please provide your contact information (names, telephone, email) to your block captain. Always meet and greet your neighbors with a wave and a smile.
Your neighbors are originally from all over the world. Most have left their homeland, friends and family far away. Wildcat Lake celebrates our diverse heritage with an annual Folk Fest picnic at the end of summer. Please join in and bring your favorite family food and drinks. We also have an extremely popular Halloween party each year. The children and adults dress up and enjoy games and "fun/weird/scary" foods.
In late November or early December, the annual homeowners meeting is held at Collins Hill Library. Please attend and vote for the board of directors and learn about what was accomplished last year and vote on plans for next year. Your involvement is important.
Again, welcome to beautiful, friendly Wildcat Lake.
Message from ACC
All homeowners in Wildcat Lake subdivision are members of the Wildcat Lake Homeowners Association (HOA). We are all required to follow the rules. After January 2009, Gwinnett County will provide trash pick up service for all homes in Gwinnett (Gwinnett Solid Waste Plan). Wildcat Lake HOA requires all trash containers be out-of-sight when not being picked up. Satellite dishes must be on the roof, hidden from sight. Please fill out request for Architectural Change/Addition Form before adding or moving a satellite dish, fence or "major" outside landscape addition. If in doubt, fill out this report.
Please see Design Standards for special list of requirements, procedures and penalties.
Lawns must be maintained (see Lawn Care Tips). This requires cutting your lawn during the growing season at least once each 10 days. If you lack a lawnmower or are unable to mow your lawn, see Lawn Care Tips for special services for homeowners. You may also ask to use your neighbor's mower. Lawns must be basically free of weeds. It is each homeowners responsibility to keep your lawn weed-free. Only Bermuda grass is allowed in front lawns.
