Board of Directors
This is the elected board of directors for the HOA. They are here to serve the Wildcat
Lake community, so please do not hesitate to contact them for any concerns or questions
you have. Monthly board of directors meetings are held on the first Thursday of
each month, except December. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM and are located at a director's
home. Homeowners are welcome at these meetings. For meeting location, contact a
director or see the minutes of the prior month.
Wildcat Lake HOA fiscal year ends December 31 of each year. The Annual Wildcat Lake
HOA Voter meeting is held at Collins Hill Library. Time and date to be announced
at least 30 days before this meeting. The announcement will be mailed or handed
out to each homeowner. All Special Homeowner meetings will be announced at least
30 days before the meeting with the place, date and time of the meeting.
